Services Description
Generovo operates as an AI startup studio, offering end-to-end services including AI product ideation, design, development, deployment, and ongoing support for businesses and entrepreneurs. Our offerings may include but are not limited to custom AI model development, SaaS product engineering, consulting, and strategic advisory services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, source code, designs, and proprietary technology displayed on the Generovo platform are the exclusive property of Generovo or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any materials from our platform without prior written consent. Any intellectual property developed as part of a client engagement will be governed by the specific terms outlined in the applicable project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Generovo and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Generovo in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, including negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
Changes to Terms
Generovo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
